Try Youtube and see if they have a video for this. I have never used the term but I find new things every day. Welcome and if that doesn't work there will be someone along that knows how to do it.

That stitch is a new one on me also, I never have seen anything using that stitch. But think I like it better than the regular single crochet. Anytime I see a pattern that only uses single crochet might try the extended single crochet and see how it looks.

That is a new one on me too and I've been crocheting for 40 years. Glad someone found a video you can use.

I watched the video on the extended single crochet and at the end of this video there are other videos-the pike stitch and the woven crochet stitch which seem pretty easy but the tunisian purl stitch looks a bit harder.
