    Hi Crochet4fun. That is exactly the translation that I got too. Problem is, I tried to follow it. It works spectacularly through the first 9 rows. However, when I added the 10th row, there were just too many stitches going into too few stitches in the previous row! I wound up with a ruffled mess! Have you tried the pattern? Let me know if you have any better luck than I did.

    I have tried it too. Almost the same result, mine isn't ruffling but right now looking like a doily. It's not curving upward to form a hat. Still trying to figure it out.
