You can find many different vintage patterns at this location: Free Crochet Doily Patterns | Crochet Patterns There are many different sites that I've discovered.
Also, I believe the one that you are asking about is tatting. That is the exact result that you get with that type of craft.

Hi I've been on a lot of crochet sites but never saw that doily. Have you tried any of the vintage sites. It looks vintage to me.
