    Sctog

    Hi. New to following patterns and I've come across a row that is asking (sctog over last stich of current row) i know how to sctog but its the next part that confuses me? I've asked my mum who has been doing crochet for while now and she seems to have no clue either. Can anybody advise what I might be doing with this part of the pattern.

    The pattern is for a slipper boot and it specifically the heel part. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Hello Rose, It may be the way the pattern is written that looks confusing but they want you to do a decrease with the last 2 stitches of the row this will adjust the heel portion of your item.

    This is how I understand your question without seeing the pattern instructions.

    There are others on this forum that may have a different understanding and the more the better.
