Hi Trick,
Can you add another piece of yarn if you think the tails are too short. What I mean is can you add a piece of yarn to the tails that you think are too short. You have 2 tails (one on each side) right? Add a piece of yarn to each tail so it will be longer and you can tie it if you want to.
