    Thank you !!! Shes a month early so guess she will stay in the hosp a bit longer
    was 4 lb 7 oz breathing on her own and sucking ==so shes ready to eat
    Takes after her grt grandma LOL

    Figured to make an afgan with pockets for toys for when shes older--maybe for Christmas

    cant wait to hold her and hug her

    I love making afghans and I like using some type of textured stitches. I don't often use a pattern, just find a stitch I like and then pick my yarn. I normally get 10 skeins of yarn, some patterns don't use that much and I have extra, but others will use most of it. I like a nice big afghan to throw over me.
