what do you do when the crochet hook is too hard on your hand?
I put some batting around the handle of the crochet hook and put a piece of scotch tape at the top to tape the batting to the crochet hook. I had to pull some batting off because it was too thick but now it works. Jean

I haven't yet had the problem. I would like to see the ideas posted here, though, for future reference in case I do need an adjustment.

Hiya Jean Marie, Have you noticed that your hook was longer than your other ones? If I was you, I would have it cut down and have it filed.. I'm sorry you are having this issue... Teresa

I'm curious about this, so please bear with me. I guess I can't visualize how my crochet hook would hurt my hand.
Does it have to do with how you hold it?Freedom is not the right to do as you please, but the liberty to do as you ought!
