    I knew I forgot to put something on there! lol From the top point to the lowest leaves is about 7 3/4" and across the two widest is 7 1/2".

    Thanks for that pattern! I have been trying to find a maple leaf pattern with no luck! I was looking for a pattern I saw that was a hot pad or something that had I think 3 or so leaves all crocheted together! Not sure what leaves they were, I believe they were orange colors!     The one I made is an orange too but the pic didn't show it as such. Bad lighting I guess. I really liked how it is worked all at one time without having to join peices together afterward. Glad the translation helped out. If there is any problems with it let me know.

    I find myself doing the same thing Amanda, I find some pattern that I love, start it, then have to put it down to finish the first project which sometimes doesn't seem as exciting to me as it first did. Just to many good patterns and so little time.

    That seems to be the story with all my christmas crochet so far. It started out as an exciting venture but not so much in reality. I'm getting more done helping out here than anything else lol

    I made the ombre potholders for friend who redid kitchen retro of 50's in teal,yellow, white sugar and cream. These look great on wall hooks for my
    he-man friend. Plus they do double duty as hot pads!
