3 Pretty Doily Patterns
These 3 doilies are beautiful. The patterns call for #10 thread. They'd be beautiful done up in a cotton yarn to use as placemats.

I have the pattern for these doilies and have never done them. Since I'm sorta between projects, maybe I'll make one but it will be in thread. I love making doilies! and these look really easy. Thanks for reminding me I have them.

Since I broke my hand I just can't do #10. Anything under a 2 yarn starts to hurt. I did just make barbie clothes with a #3 thread. I wonder if these would turn out using a #5 or if I couldn't do #5 then maybe #3?

debbie67, like Shelley suggested, they could work up just fine in a cotton yarn, which is about #3, and used as placemats. They would be pretty in Spring/Summer colors with coasters to match.
