    Sidewalk Shawl

    Hi there!
I have made this shawl twice now for my charity called Bless the Children Ministry. A part of our ministry is making shawls for grieving mothers who have lost a babe. It is an easy pattern to follow, it works up quickly and it is absolutely beautiful made. Both times I used a deep purple color with angel hair fringe border.
This is my daughter Skylar who is modeling the shawl for me and all other shawls for BTCM.

Thank you! I just thought it might encourage others to try this gorgeous sidewalk shawl pattern. I also made one for my oldest daughter because she REALLY wanted the first one I made for my charity and I said no...I'll make you one. She has gotten a lot of compliments and "would your mother make me one" comments.
