    Hi Peggy. We're practically neighbors with me being in Illinois! I've been crocheting for almost 40 years- my mother taught me when I was quite young. Over that time, I have tried all kinds of things but keep coming back to afghans.

    Welcome. I also love to do afghans. My other passion is cross stitch which I am working on now. I have been surfing the net for a new crochet idea. Pinterest is a good place to go.
