wanted to say thanks for letting me in the group. Not good at crocheting but it helps me relax and keeps my fingers loose.

welcome to the group. I have only been at it for 3 years. I am disabled and I found it helps to relax me as well and keep my mind off of my pain

Crocheting helps me forget my worries because I have to concentrate on the pattern and after working for a while I'm more relaxed.
