I'm working on line from home and don't seem to have enough hours in the day, but your right in the feeling of being cut off. It really is nice to be on this forum.

OK, I will try to have a go at twitting! lol. Sounds like fun! Hey Theresa...I am also a freelance writer. I write articles for different employers online. Some days I am very busy and some days it's fairly quiet....that is when I chat and surf a bit more.

@fairynab - I do the same. I write for a variety of sites and a few private clients. In my "spare time," I am writing some fiction. I love working from home. It allows me more flexibility than any job I've ever done. Someday we should exchange info and chat about it but I wouldn't want to clog the crochet forum with work talk! This is too much fun to clutter with that.

    Hello all,

I love facebook! I have not had much time to get on their lately. I have been working quite a bit lately. I use facebook sometimes for my "down time." I have also reunited with a few of my high school friends!

    Hi everyone,

Yes, Facebook is really very useful to reconnect with family, relatives and friends. It's just like a forum like this one where you can just enjoy posting and have fun with everyone - without pressures or anything. I, too, was able to find my grade school and high school friends through Facebook and I'm very thankful for that because I wouldn't have been able to do that without this venue.

I finally signed up for facebook to help promote my business! And yes-I have been in contact with people from my hometown and who I went to school with! Haven't done much with it though!

I love facebook. I keep in contact with people from my hometown, family, old co-workers. I work at home, too, so it really helps me to stay "in the real world". lol

I'm on facebook everday. I have alot of family I keep up with. from New Mexico to Fla. It a good way to keep up. We share lots of pictures. Just be sure you pictures are listed as friends only and not public, that way no one can see them but your friends. I have a few pictures that are public, like the things I crochet and senery pictures.
