Today I am grateful for my garage sale-ing girlfriends!! We just have so much fun together, we find amazing bargains and we get to meet all sorts of nice people! I just love it and I am very grateful for these 2 I love how full my life is feeling now.

Today I am grateful for the fact that if we want to change something about ourselves, we can. My personality is not carved in stone, I can modify my characteristics. I can work to improve what I am not good at and enhance what I am.

Today I am grateful for the fact that I have so very much to be grateful for!! I am also very grateful for feeling stronger emotionally and for feeling like my emotional needs are getting met. I don't feel so "desperate" like I used to feel. I don't have the incessant "cravings" like I used to have for so much, for food, clothing, sex, money etc....I don't feel worked up and needy like I used to feel for so many years. I feel calmer and more grounded now.

I would be very grateful if I could hear from you & know that you are ok. The bad weather last night was hard on my friend in St Louis. I have no idea how far you live from there but I am praying you have not been effected by the storms.
