    I am so sorry you fell.I fell several times last year myself. Nothing serious just bruising. I just need to stay out of the grass when I walk the dog. Bought a cane. I only use it when I am in the back yard. Please, please, please be careful.

    I used to have a cane, but now I use a leg brace....but it was just weird how my reflexes were just like oh you're falling....plop and I was down...sighs. Thanks though I am being more careful....
