Glad you got your thread Anaisa! Now about crockpot cooking, I made beef stew this week which was delicious. Fall is a great time to use the crockpot!

Yummy....I made a pork loin friday....and yes it is a great time to use the crockpot.

It is time I pulled out the crockpot for some chili!!. Living alone, I take most of it and put it into individual serving bags and freeze them so I can have it whenever I want it. I also take a small pork loin roast and cut it into medallions and freeze them 2 to a bag. Or, take the pork roast and make pulled pork in the crockpot. One of my favorite kitchen appliances.
