I just finished a jigsaw puzzle
The puzzle is 500 pieces. It took 3 to 4 days to do. It was bigger regular size pieces and some longer pieces and some smaller pieces. It's a picture of a manger scene with angels, sheep, 2 horses ( one might be a donkey), a camel, a cow or bull (probably a bull, it has horns) and a chicken or rooster.

Happy New Year Jean Marie and all who are members,
I love puzzles I have some large ones I have completed and some others that I pasted or gluded to frame but never got around to doing it.
Your manger was very nice and would look good displayed at Christmas.
Thanks for sharing,
I am at the Library in Paris France and thought I would take a quick look at the forum. I will be back on line soon.

Gorgeous! My last puzzle was an Earth map of 10000 pcs. Haven't tried any puzzle since and afraid to get bigger sets.

What are you crocheting?

Hello Jean Marie,
I am back home now and got up at 4:00 this morning still on Euro time. I made 2 baby blankets, 2 sweaters, 7 dresses, 1 hat and 2 headbands. I am resting my needles for awhile.
I have some ideas of what I want to do next. I have been thinking about a dress I want to make for my little granddaughter. I want to crochet a lace top and make the waist in tiny decorative squares and I want to make a pleated black skirt in fabric to attach to the squares. In my head I think it will be cute but that remains to be seen. I want really tiny white thread squares and they have to be joined together and I have said many times I hate to do crochet joins. It will be awhile yet before I start it.
It will take me awhile to catch up on all the latest post on the forum.

Hi Jean Marie,
I agree with Spoula that your manger puzzle would look great framed and displayed at Christmas. It is lovely. I love working puzzles and prefer the 1000 piece ones. I have one that has three layers! I haven't worked it yet. The top layer is completely clear plastic pieces. Way hard! I'll work it some day!A Travelling Baehr Gathers No Moss!!
