I know they have an electric one at Michaels selling for $90.00 but if you use 50% coupon it is only $45.00, I am thinking of getting one myself

Hi Amanda,
I, too, would try to find the end of the yarn from the inside of the skein and if it wasn't on one side then I'd try the inside of the skein on the other side and I would end up w/a big mess. So if I wasn't crocheting there would always be yarn I could untangle. It's pretty much all untangled now unless I find a little bit here or there that needs untangling.

Usually you can find the inside tail on the right side of the label (as you read it), or from the top of the label. That's what usually works for me. Even on the one pound skeins.
