    Hello everyone

My name is Barbara Jane, I will most likely not post often. I have been crocheting for more then 50 years. I do many crafts including crocheting and tatting. I care for my parents who are 89 and 87, my disabled son, who is 44 and my husband. So I don't have much time to spend online. I do enjoy this site when I have the time to spend. You all seem to be friendly and welcoming people.

My Mother use to tell me that "God never puts anything on your shoulders that you can't handle. Even if you think you can't, you can or God wouldn't of put it there to begin with." God must think I have REALLY large shoulders.
I see you are from Owensboro, KY. According to family history, way back when, a (how ever many) Great Grandfather of mine founded Owensboro, Ky. Also Owensburg, IN. Believe it or not his last name was Owens. It was a very large family that goes back to before the Revolution. It is a small world.
