Hi every one.. I'm new here so just "looking" around and (finding my feet so to speak) on here. I love to crochet, and I currently hold a crafters circle at my home for ladies in my church. I also enjoy doing other crafts, like card making and jewely making.
I recently retired from my daycare preschool job of 32 years, so I'm keeping myself busy crocheting for my soon to be grandson..

Welcome! It is nice to have you and congratulations on your soon to be grandson. Are you making him anything in particular?

Hi Barbi and thank you.
I have made him so far about 6 baby jackets and two crocheted blankets including a star shaped one ('cause he's a star, lol) also stars are my daughters favorite shape.
I have also sewed several recieving blankets for him and two duvet covers.

I also plan on making him some Winnie the Pooh stuffies. So far he is keeping me very busy and he's not even here for another 5 weeks.
