I learned a new stitch today

    Hi everyone,
I am happy to say I learned how to make the wave stitch today. I subscribe to Youtube, and mikeysmail put up the tutorial. I have always wanted to learn this stitch and just hadn't tried until today. It works up quickly and is very pretty. I will have to make an afghan in this one. But for now I'll just have to make a couple scarves.

    Happy stitching.

I'm not sure what the wave stitch is. Now I'm curious and will have to look it up

    Hi Catdall,

The wave stitch is a little like a rounded ripple stitch. It is easy and pretty for a blanket. For a scarf it needs to be worked in a thinner weight then a 4 ply yarn or it gets rather wide. But I do love the looks of it.
