My name is Renee. I am a 62 year old Mom and grandma. I recently started to crochet again. Quite a few years ago, my husband's grandmother taught me to crochet. A couple years ago I started to refresh my memory to crochet again. I love it. I also love this site. Glad to see there is a place to go for help and just general chit chat.

Welcome Renee. I'm a grandma, too. Aren't grandkids just the best? I've recently made lots of beanie hats for my pre-teen granddaughters and they love them.

Hi Renee: I am a 65 year old grandma, the best job in the world. My son and my daughter have 4 kids between them: 7, 6, 4 and 4. We just need to live closer to the two in MN so they can all play together and get to know each other!!!! I make baby blankets and regular afghans for Project Linus. I also finished 5 afghans which were kits from Herrschners that we can pick up at our Project Linus meetings. I made a red, white and blue large afghan for a veteran and/or family thereof. Welcome to this wonderful site.
