Hello everyone. Just found this forum yesterday.

I learned to crochet back in '99 but I still consider myself a beginner as far as skill goes.

I'm never sure what to say in these introductions ... Any questions?

Hi there and welcome! What are you working on now? I've been Crocheting since I was about 8 years old and needless to say I am Waaaayyyy older than that now. LOL I still consider myself a beginner in a lot of ways as crocheting is such a huge world. I only know a small portion of it. So I'm right there with you. I hope you enjoy the forums and get to know the gang. They are a bunch of sweethearts! I look forward to chatting with you.

I'm not working on anything at the moment. I am recovering from a long month of being sick. I do have an unfinished project that I hope to return to this summer. It is a CBN or crochet by numbers piece. {Obama}

That is a long time. I read a newspaper article about a lady who is still crocheting in her 90's. If I make it that long I think I will be joining her.

When I first started crocheting I used to donate blankets to Project Linus. Currently my project for charity is preemie hats for the local hospital.

Hi there! You will like it here-just jump in when you feel like it. I have crocheted for 40+ yrs. Love unusual afghans and lots of color. Working on round placemats with matching coasters (set of 4) for a Christmas gift. But also have 2 afghans going. What do you like to make?
