Hello everyone. I recently joined crochet talk but I am writing today to introduce myself. My name is Gigi and l reside in the state of Washington. I learned to knit on dpn's at the young age of 11 at Frederick & Nelson's in Seattle. Showing my age? Lol. I taught myself to crochet around the age of 18. Like so many of us, I always worked full time so any craft making was set on the back burner. Two years ago I picked up an F hook and a skein of yarn and I haven't stopped crocheting, some knitting. Enough about me.

I live in eastern WA and I am so glad you joined Crochet Talk. It is a very fun group of ladies and there is always help or an idea if you need it. I make crocheted baby blankets for Project Linus. One of my students taught me to crochet when I was teaching Home Ec many years ago!!!!
