    Hello I am new and I would like to know how to crochet a king size blanket I know what I want to do but I don't know how many stitches to start with or how many inches it should be.

    Hi Lucky woman!

    My that sounds like a big project! If I were going to do that I would probably just start with a chain that is as wide as I want the blanket to be (check this by putting the chain on the bed) and then having at it until it covers the bed as much as I wanted (again by checking it out on the bed.)
