Hello from an American living in England !

Hi all ... am new here so please bear with me while I stumble around while learning! i found this site thru a comment in Pintrest. It was about the Annie's post about Twisted Knit Pattern -- A simple reversible rectangular knit top with a twist! i love this and woild love to make it, unfortunately I cannot pay to buy the pattern, I have fallen and hurt my knee and now have cellulitus as a result. I will be a couple of months until it is back to normal! YIKES!!! Anyway ... If anyone can help me out I would be ever so greatful!!! thanks. I love Knitting, am still learning crochet, jewelry making ...
I love cooking for Andy, and baking. Love making bread & sweets ...

Have an awesome day ... thanks for stopping by ... am hoping to make lots of friends here

Well, here's one right now!! A Friend that is!! I'll go to Annie's and look at the pattern. Have you googled twisted knit pattern? OK, I'll be back with as much info as I can find.

Ok, I think I saw the pattern. It was a pale bluish green sweater that twisted in the front, right? If so, I crocheted that sweater and it is terrible. The sweater is worked sideways and when you put it together it has a drape in the front. I made mine an XL and today it would fit a 4XL. It stretched so much that it isn't wearable. It looked good when I fininshed but it was a TOTAL train wreck. I don't knit well enough to help you but the others can come on here and know which sweater it is. http://www.anniescatalog.com/detail.html?prod_id=88543

Don't let the nicholasdaniel fool you. It is just my screen name (it is my grandson's name). Just wanted to welcome you to Crochet Talk. I don't knit, but you will find someone to help you. I really hope your knee gets better. You will find this a friendly, happy place. The ladies are great. I love it! Take care and looking forward to hearing more from you.

    Hugs, Judy
