    Getting back to crocheting!

    Hi everyone, My dear mother-in-law (now deceased) taught me to crochet in the mid 60's. I'll never forget my first attempt at an afghan that started out great but ended up a disaster. I have learned a lot since then but still find myself going to websites and youtube when I have a question or have forgotten something. I am currently working on ponchos as I found a beautiful free pattern on Lion Brand Yarn website. I am looking forward to visiting this site often.

    Karen, welcome to the group, I have never crocheted Clothing, other than hats and scarves, but I did Knit a Poncho for my daughter when she was a toddler. Your Poncho is beautiful. What size thread or Yarn did you use.
