Hi everyone. I just found this site and I am looking forward to reading the posts. I love to crochet and have been doing so for many years. I like to do other crafts as well. My mother taught me to sew, crochet and embroider. I have added other things as the years went by. Beading, cross stitch, needlepoint etc. I like to cook and bake also. I'm sure I will enjoy reading and seeing your projects.

Thank you all for the warm welcome! I am currently living in central Florida, transplanted from northern Indiana. Larisa, I love to make dolies! I love to see the pattern emerge as I work, especially when I do filet.
I end up giving most of my projects away. So I don't have a lot of pictures to post right now. I usually have several projects going at one time. Right now, I am working on an afghan, doily, doll dress and I want to get started on a Bed Doll for a 91 yr old friend in an assisted living facility. Oh, and I have a cross stitch project I really need to get finished for the grandson! Just not enough hours in the day! LOL

Katie I just was on another thread did'nt realize you were new? You seem right at home here, finest group of ladies you could know. Your like me I donate and never have much to show. Need camera I dont at this time. Doilies are way out of my league, so beautiful and delicate. Several gals do a beautiful job with them. Nice to meet you. Susan M J
