I'm new!

While searching for a simple vest pattern (no buttons, no sleeves) to crochet or knit, I stumbled onto CrochetTalk and here I am. Glad to be on board.

Have been crocheting & knitting off & on for 50 years, cross stitch some, love to quilt, and learned to sew on Mother's treadle machine at 10 years of age.

I live south of Payson, AZ in a little valley called Gisela. Born in Hot Springs, AR, lived in Washington for 2 years. Moved to California and retired to Arizona in 2006. Have been a widow since 2008.
