just now signed to be a member. i love to crochet and cross-stitch. i make afghans and donate all of them to animal shelters or homeless or those in retirement places. i also crochet simple adult booties and give them away although i'm thinking of selling at a local store. i'm not interested in making hats or scarves etc because i'm fascinated by afghans. i've taught myself to crochet by reading a book so appreciate being able to get online and get pointers. and of course i am always interested in new patterns. i look forward to seeing what all of you have done and are doing!
