Hi Everyone! I am from Chico, California. I am excited to be here the first time. I will introduce myself. My name is Marlene. I am a deaf woman since birth. I speak pretty well. I use sign language all the time.
My grandma taught me a very basic crochet when I was a teenager. She passed away.
Right now, I am learning to crochet ruffle scarf. I want to make friends here.

Welcome and isn't it nice that you can participate on here just as well as anyone. Being deaf and using a computer is pretty easy. Which ruffle scarf are you doing? I love the Red Heart sashay yarn. Making friends is easy just jump in and give your two cents worth. The more you participate the more you get out of it. Ask questions and you will learn a whole lot. I am 62 and I've crocheted for decades and I learn every day. Welcome again!
