Time to take the plunge...

This is my first ever post on any blog anywhere. Internet 'travel' has always wanted to waylay me.
But - I am a long time crocheter who prefers to use simple stitches and patterns. Last year I taught myself to knit. The 'simple-stitches' method worked there, also. I do not knit with much speed though.
Any tricks of the trade and patterns are welcome.
Great to start my internet plunge in a blog of crocheters.

Welcome to the forum! But I gotta warn you of the dangers! This "thing" is very,very addictive! You will be caught in the trap before you know it just like I am!!!!!!!
