Another Newbee here!
I am lucky I found this site. I have searched others and most don't have want I am looking for. I prefer vintage patterns and mostly booties and potholders to hang on the wall. My mother was an avid crocheter because of insomnia. I don't have that problem but crocheting calms be down, as does sewing. If anyone has any suggestions for sites or patterns, please let me know. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of your resources.

Hi, aeaston62. and Welcome!
I am Landon, a newbie to crocheting.
If you have pictures of your work, we'd love to see them!
As a matter of fact, we love pictures of just about everything, LOL
Are you an Easton by marriage or is it your birthname?
I am asking because I am an Eason. I researched my father's side of the family and in doing so
I found out that since census sheets were handwritten, some names got changed along the way due to human error.
Letters added, deleted, etc....Have you done any geneology researching?
Happy Crafting,
Landon

I do have a portfolio of the things I have made and given as gifts. Many booties, blankets and hats given to local hospital I don't have. Like I said crocheting is my therapy.
