Thank you so much, Cindy. I am starting a ruffled scarf using Sashay yarn. It's so funny how it happened. My sister asked if I could crochet, and I said "yes." Next time she sees me, she hands me a skein of Sashay yarn and tells me to crochet my granddaughter a scarf and that the directions. The directions were inside the label, of course, but my non crafty sister had purchased a skein with knitting directions. I found crochet directions on Pinterest and on YouTube.

Thank you for your warm welcome. I would love to crochet some round hot pads. My mother-in-law used to have some and I always planned to make them for myself, but my career in our local newspaper demanded more and more time.

Thank you for your welcome. Doilies are beautiful, and there is so much you can do with them. I don't think I will have the courage to tackle a doilie project.
