What is your favorite Christmas recipe?

I'm half Swedish and every Christmas Eve we have Swedish Meatballs. I have no idea how authentic these are, but it isn't Christmas unless my house smells of these.

Swedish Meatballs
2 lb. Ground beef
1 lb. Sausage
1 teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Pepper (1 1/2 tsp pepper if sausage is spiced. )
1/4 c. Ketchup
1/2 c. Milk
1 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
1 chopped Onion
Allspice
1/2 cup Margarine

Instructions
Mix together all except margarine and water.
Form into balls 1" diamater.
Brown meatballs in melted butter in skillet (electric works best).
Turn down heat and add water to about 3/4".
Simmer for 45 mins.
