hello
Hi, i just joined from Laurel MD. I've been crocheting for years, and recently starting knitting (knitting is scary--if you drop a stitch or 30 it's a disaster). I've made sweaters, hats, scarves, afghans, stuffed animals, bags, hats etc. I look forward to sharing tips.

Hello, I'm a fairly new member myself and have found a lot of inspiration for new projects here. And I'm with you on the "knitting-thing" lol, I never had a passion for it like I have for crochet. I've been crocheting for 40 years, since my mom started teaching me when I was in the first grade.

Hi there and welcome! I am with you on the knitting thing. I have tried twice to learn how to knit and even though I have the stitches down and know how to pick up stitches and all that I just don't like it. It makes me nervous. Crochet is so much easier. I am learning how to Knook and it is so much easier than knitting. It is like knitting with a crochet hook and a lifeline.
I have learned so many things from this site it is unreal. I'm happy you are willing to share some tips with us! That is just wonderful. I look forward to chatting with you.Barby Sue
