Congratulations on starting crocheting! You will never regret it! I started crocheting when I was 7 years old, and I just had my 74th birthday, so you know I've been doing it for a long time! It is such a soothing pasttime and I never tire of it. I have a reputation in the family of being the "go-to" when somebody wants an afghan, scarf or hat! Ha! Keep on going!

Welcome and I recommend that newbies start with something small like a washcloth or something like that. Go to Youtube and watch videoes about stitchs and patterns. Also Landon on here has a learning blog that you should check out she has step by step instructions for beginners. Ask questions and we will help all we can.
