Thanks to all of you who welcomed me. I just bought a bunch of skeins of Bernat Baby PomPom on sale from Mary Maxim. The colors are beautiful. I was trying to figure out what to make besides the traditional baby blanket when my granddaughter decided she would like to have a poncho. She wants the retro 70's hippie style. Any suggestions on where I can locate a pattern?

There are so many sites but my favorite is free crochet and I love Red Heart Yarn | Yarn, Knitting Patterns, Crochet Patterns as well. There are a lot of resouces on the forum page under links and ressources. Welcome and I'm sure you will find all the help you need on here.
