New to the forum...coming back to the craft again.

Hi my name is Joy and I live in South Carolina. I learn to crochet from my both my grandmothers. I'm a mother of two step daughters and one son, all grown and now have taken on the role of care giver to my elderly disabled veteran father. Animal lover from the word GO ! Horse owner and rider of one 8yr old qtr horse. I have a wonderful man in my life and we met thru the internet in July this year. We have two short hair Chihuahuas. I love to do crafts but find it so much more fun when I can do it with or share it with a friend. I found Crochettalk.com while looking for a pattern to make sweaters for our dogs. I learned to read patterns and do a few projects thru the yrs and considered just trying to wing it, but am thinking better to have a plan. Hope to meet a few crafty people to talk to and share. So... HELLO !!!
