Hi, My name is Kat and I wanted to say HI!!

I found this board through Pintrest and I hope everyone is well and for our southern neighbours " a Happy belated Thanksgiving "
I am currantly on dissability waiting for a double hip repacement so I have been desperatly trying to fill my time with something creative. I use to crochet 25 years ago but never advanced past beginner stitches. ( I am self taught )I have been crocheting scarves and headbands for my daughters this christmas and have found most of the patterns on the net. I would love to try some more advanced stitches but I am not sure where to begin or how to proceed.Any advise would be appriciated. All the best to you all, Kat

Kat, welcome and we will get you help with more advanced patterns. What do you want to make? I am doing a cal (crochet along) which is when we all crochet together. This is for an afghan with the ripple pattern. It is easy but you have to count your stitchs as you go along. Let us know what you are looking for.
