introduction
Hi. I am an older crocheter. I'm from northern Illinois, with hopes of retiring back to my central Illinis roots. I have one son, three step children, and eight grandchildren from 3 to 19. I am currently a college student, pursuing a degree in social and criminal justice, and have less time for my crochet and reading. If the fates agree, I hope to return to wokr with my new degree, and worok until I am 75. No way do I want to sit at home and look at the grass.

Hi Irish
I'm from the Logan County area. We are south of Bloomington and north of Springfield. It's a tiny town called Atlanta. Our county seat is Lincoln, which is south of us. I'm in the southeast suburb of Chicago called Alsip. We're right off of I-294 and close to I-80 and I-57. With luck, we'll be retiring to Springfield. I worked for Illinois Dept. of Revenue as a tax specialist, and still have close friends there. I left the state after I burned out, but cannot return to my job because all I have is experience. I do not have a college degree. Getting a degree seemed like a good way to end my career. Even if I only work 5-10 yhears, I can say I had a college degree.
