    Hi, my name is Dolly and I am from Fayette County, Indiana. I taught myself to crochet many years ago, but I haven't done much for several years and am just now picking it up again. I've always had problems understanding patterns, but I did make several stuffed toys and a sweater in the past. I have a memory problem, so I hope you will be patient with me. I'm hoping this will help. Thank you.

    Hi Dolly and welcome! Sometimes it helps if you write out in words the pattern you are working on. I still do that with complicated patterns and I've been crocheting for years! So glad you joined us!
