I did a search for men's sweatbands and did not come up with anything. Here is a pattern link for Red Heart for a scarf/headband set. I would create a men's sweatband from a basic headband pattern without any fancy stitching or flowers, ect. You can make the band not as wide for a man to wear. Does this help you?
