crochet fat bottom purse with crochet chunky hats

I crocheted this purse with red heart super saver yarn and I lined the purse with cotton material. I crocheted the purse handles by using 2 strands of yarn and a size m crochet hook. The stitch that i used to make the purse handles was an I-cord crochet stitch.

thank you barbara, the colors are just some scrap yarn that i wanted to use up. you have to use up all of your yarn because it is so expensive today--i remember when red heart used to be $1.00 and sometimes 2 for a $1.00 when i was a kid!

thank you toccoa i am glad you liked it. i just recently bought some bammboo handles for the purse and i sewed them on to that one and it made the bag much nicer looking. i have another order for the fat bottom bag. i ahve seen bothe the croc bag and motif bags and they are very pretty.
