    Smile New to the Group

    Hello Everyone,
    My name is Jackie and I joined a few minutes ago. I am basically a beginner.. I use to crochet when I was little.
    I am in Awe of some of the projects I have seen and can only hope to be half as good! My username is Leftie..... because I am very Left

    Welcome! Always love to meet another lefty! Taught myself to crochet as I was the only lefty in the family. No videos,YouTube then. Just muddled my way along. But 40+ years later I am proud of my creations. Afghans my fave though I make many Christmas ornaments and amigurumis. What do you like to create? imalefty

    When I have time to crochet, I have done wash clothes, cell phone holder to fit my phone, afghans, and scarves.

    Don't just be in awe...get going and try what ever interests you ...that is how you learn..I like amigurumi...that is animals and dolls. I recently finished an amigurumi of a mom and infant for my daughter. I gave it to her a week before she delivered. You can see it on a thread called new project.
