    Need help please

Hi. My grandmother had started a blanket before she passed and i would like to finish it. She did not have a pattern so I've had to figure it out on my own. It is a hdc ripple blanket with ridges. I backed up a few stitches to figure out what she was doing and found she was doing the hdc in the back loops to create the ridges. However, her ridges seem to be much more pronounced than mine. Can anyone help me figure out whatbim doing wrong?
    Thanks

Yes. The hook that was in her work still, so I'm assuming it is the one used.

As I go, it is getting better though. I just had to loosen my stitches a bit. Takes some getting used to because I usually have pretty tight stitches.

When you have finished, you will have a lasting tribute to your grandmother. Good luck. Just picture her helping you finish the project, happy memories.
