Beginner.. help please

Hi

I would like to start crocheting but I'm overwhelmed by the choice of needles and wool! Please could someone tell me some basics to get me started and the best wool to buy?

Hi and welcome to the forum Cezzar,
If you are a beginner they say you should start with a worsted weight yarn #4 and a size G or H hook.
