Filet Granny Square
I have seen what I think is called a Filet Granny Square. Any idea where to get free instructions on how to make these? Or maybe some of the members here know how to make them. I would love to make some, but just don't know how. I do know how to make the regular Granny Squares, but these would give my afaghan such a flare.
Thanks.

Those are interesting. When done with crochet cotton, those patterns give the granny square a much more elegant look. Thanks for asking the question and as always, Barb, thanks for the links. I learned something again today.

Filet granny squares would make a beautiful afgahn, especially one to use during the warmer months! The idea of making a baby afghan with fuzzy yarn would be nice too!
