    Question Did anyone make any special creations for Memorial Day?

    I did not crochet this holiday, but I made all of my flower arrangements and put them on the graves of my lost family members.

    i said a silent prayer for all of the fallen hero's and their families. needless to say my employment did not bother to recognize the holiday i-- on the other hand had to work on memorial day

    That's not good. Those men and women fought for our freedom and the company that you work for can't give you the day off? Is your company that you work for an American owned and run company? I am not predujus (I know my spelling is off) but gosh.

    Hopefully everyone had a nice weekend for Memorial Day! I did not get anything made for the holiday, but was wondering what kind of project I could create next year to place with flowers on the grave markers of loved ones. Any ideas would be appreciated!

    hi dashlover! the company that i work for is american owned, but the mighty dollar i guess is more important to the company than the hero's. i wish i was old enough to retire and then i could crochet all day!
