Crochet

Looking for a pattern. There are tops out there with crochet necks or bodices, with material sewn bottoms of the tops. Crochet the top of the blouse and then attach the material part of the blouse.

Can any of you talented people help me find a pattern, or maybe you have made a pattern yourself. I think this kind of top is older, and I now can't find a pattern anywhere. (Summer Top)

kiasoul, Try looking for a pattern on vintage crochet pattern sites. Sometimes you can use the top of a camisole or yoke of a nightgown as your top. I do have a pattern, but it's for childrens dresses! I will share if you would like it!

kiasoul, This is where I found the pattern hgtv.com/crafting/crochet-and-fabric-dress/index.html. Hope this helps you out! I made a few of these dresses for my girls when they were little, not this pattern but one very similar! I thought I'd make some for my granddaughters-age 3 & 18 months!
